Rally to Restore SAFETY

This November, the student organization Women and Allies Rising in Resistance (WARR), held a rally outside Bricker Hall to let the administration of OSU that we as students are outraged at the lack of sexual violence policy at OSU. Right now, there is a short blurb in the student handbook, but it is no more than a guideline; a student sexual offender need not be held responsible for their violent actions on campus towards other students. This rally was to garner support from other students, through petitions and speaking to them as they gathered or passed by. This winter quarter, WARR, USG, and other student groups will be working together to set a policy in place.

If anyone is interested in coming to WARR meetings and hearing about policy progression, let me know!
